CHEESE CAKE FROM MAMA !!

Sekadar hiasan..tapi lebih kurang macam ni la Mama buat.

First of all.. thank's Mama being a really best mom, best friend and others for us..

Last my holidays, my mom baked for us a nice cheese cake..

1st try..looks like banana cake !

It's ok maaa... we like it :)

We need :

100gm Hong Kong flour

60gm corn flour

4 eggs

2 eggs yolk

100gm sugar

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp ovalet

75gm melted butter

50gm cool water

Step 1 :

Mix all the ingredient except melted butter use a mixer.

Step 2 :

Put the melted butter on the batter then mix them until smooth.

Step 3 :

Pour the batter in the pan and bake in to the oven at 150'C for 45 minutes

Step 4 :

Add cream and cheddar cheese as a topping.

Ready to serve !
