Homemade moist chocolate cake..
you will need :
1 tbsp. butter
2 cup granulated sugar
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, plus extra
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup hot water or hot coffee
2(9") round baking pans

hand mixer
Step 1 :
Heat the oven to 350 celcius
Grease the baking pans with butter and lightly dust the pans with the flour.
Step 2 :
In mixing bowl, mixed the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and sugar.
Step 3 :
Crack the eggs to the mixing bowl, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
Use hand mixer and beat until smooth.
Step 4 :
Add hot water to the batter and mix them use the wooden spoon.
Step 5 :
pour the batter in to the pans, bake for 30-45 minutes.
Step 6 :
The cake is done when a skewer or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 7 :
Cool on a wire rack. Add chocolate ganache or top with strawberries.
